IWB CEO, Terry Van Horne, is primarily a marketer who became interested in web development out of necessity. Terry believed the internet or as it was widely known back then "the information highway" was technology that was going to change society in the same way the printing press had done in another century. As a marketer Terry had a natural flare and interest in promoting websites and often shared promotion ideas and techniques with other webmasters on the HWG list and later in his own newsletter and website. Terry also started the first Search engine techniques discussion list.

International Website Builders has been on the cutting edge of internet marketing for over 15 years starting with BBS's in the early 90's (pre internet) culminating in our current solutions featuring videos, shopping and comparison search engines, press releases and social media. Terry Van Horne the CEO of International Website Builders has been marketing one thing or another for over 30 years! He often uses his knowledge of call centers, lead generation and internet integration to provide enhanced customer service and order fulfillment solutions.

Terry founded SeoPros.org and CaSEM Technologies in 2000 as a way to give back to the profession that was evolving into a real marketing niche of its own. Terry was especially concerned that the profession was getting a bad reputation due to the practices of a few. SeoPros Goals are to raise the bar for search engine optimization professionals. SeoPros.org grew into the Not For Profit Organization of Search Engine Optimization Professionals where Terry is a Director. The mandate of OSEOP is to access the certification available and provide resources for development of a certification for the Membership.
